Drawing Exhibition "Healthcare of the Future"
This web-exhibition shows a small selection of the 200+ drawings which the children from invited schools/institutes from 9 different countries did send in. All drawings are especially made for the art exhibition "Healthcare of the Future". This expo is held at the Tromsø Performing Arts Centre, and is part of the TTeC Conference 2006, June12-14. Themes for the drawings are the future doctor, hospital and ambulance.

A BIG thanks to the children and their teachers from schools/institutes in Australia (Brisbane), Indonesia (Bogor), Malawi (Chiradzulu and Limbe), the Netherlands (Zaandam), Norway (Tromsø), the United Kingdom (Chichester, West Sussex), the United States (Eugene, Oregon), Russia (Arkhangelsk) and Switzerland (Lausanne) for creating these beautiful works of art!

Alice Laflin: "I did an ambulance and the lady has been hit by a Hover Car. She is getting scanned and has a breathing detector. In the storeroom are all the medicines and the helper robots."

Ella Jones: "My future ambulance is in the shape of a hippopotamus so that it is faster. A siren is strapped to the back. Open his mouth and you find the medicine box. It's eye has special vision, 69 times better than that of an eagle! The ambulance has rocket boosters. The computer on its tail can see into a patient's body. Lots of probes have been sent out to see if the air is polluted. The trees in my drawing have cameras and eyes. Planes fly automatically and can speak back to the people at the airport. The ambulance has wheels in case it has to go onto the road."

Sacha Wilkes: "I have drawn a futuristic hospital and nurse. The nurse is asking the computer for information about the patient. The computer dispenses medicine."

Johnny O'Connor: "My future ambulance is a ‘four by four' ambulance with a titanium super-charger. The patients are in the wheels."
